A salad recipe

Dear  Alex,                                                                    

I'm sending a  recipe about  the salad  with tomatoes and  onions.You  need  8  tomatoes, 4 onions, a little salt and a little pepper. You first cut the tomatoes and  onions
in the bowl. After  that, add  the salt  and  pepper in the salad.

Odysseas Elytis

My favourite writer is Odysseas Elytis. He was born on 2nd November 1911 and he died in 1996. His real name was Odysseas Alepoudelis and he is one of the most important Greek writers. He was distinguished in 1979 with the NOBEL prize, the second and the last Greek who took a NOBEL prize in literature.

He is very successful because he wrote lots of poems like "Axion Esti", "Sun the first" and lots of other poems.

Odysseas Elytis is my favoutite writer because I like his history and his poems!

Hi everyone!

I'm John, and I'm 10 years old. I love school and I'm crazy about basketball. I live in Kalamata in Greece and I've got two more brothers. 

The name of my 1st brother is Dimosthenis and the name of my 2nd brother is Theofanis. Dimosthenis is 7 years old and Theofanis is 2 years old. I’m the oldest boy in my home. 

The name of my mum's is Maria and the name of my dad's is George. My mum is a post woman and my dad is a postman. 

I have also got three birds. The 1st was given to us, the 2nd we bought it and the 3rd was found. 

My best friend is Nicolas because he always plays with me!

Hi! I'm  John   and  I live  in Kalamata. 

I'm doing the 5th year at the 26th  Elementary School  of Kalamata. 

I have  one brother, fifteen cousins, ten aunts and  four uncles!

My mum's name is Anastasia and my  dad's is George. 

I've got a pet, a dog. Its name is Rex. It's a big, clever  and fast dog. Rex is black and it is really cool.

What I did yesterday ...

Dear George,                                                                                                         

Yesterday, it was a great day. I got up at 9 o' clock.
I had breakfast and then I watched TV.
At 11 o' clock I went to the basketball match.
My team was the winner!
After the match I came home.
I took a bath and then my family and I visited my grandparents.
We ate moussaka and my brother and I played football.
We had a great time and finally we met an old friend.
We went to the park and we played hide and seek.
In the evening we came back home.
We were so tired and we went to our beds.

New year

New year's Day in greece is great. This day my mum cooks soup and cleans the house. She never
cooks fish or chicken. My family decorate my house. Later we eat soup all  together.
My clothes are usually new. New clothes bring good luck for the NEW YEAR!!!
